Requesting Data Deletion
This page explains how customers and guests can request deletion or correction of their information from Tashrifuna.
For Customers (Event Owners)
To request deletion of your Tashrifuna account and associated event data, email us at the address below from the email address registered to your account. Include your full name and the email address on your account so we can verify ownership. We will confirm receipt of your request and let you know once it has been completed.
For Guests
If you received an invitation through Tashrifuna and would like your name or phone number corrected or removed, email us at the address below with the event name (if known) and the phone number used for the invitation. Because guest information is provided and managed by the event owner, we may also direct your request to the relevant event owner where appropriate.
Verifying Your Request
To protect against fraudulent deletion requests, we may ask for additional information to confirm your identity or your relationship to the account or invitation before processing a request.
Information We May Retain
Even after a deletion request is completed, we may retain limited information for a reasonable period where necessary for security and fraud-prevention purposes, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, or to maintain accurate operational and financial records.
Confirmation
We will respond to your request by email to confirm it has been received, and again once it has been completed.
Response Time
We aim to respond to deletion and correction requests within a reasonable timeframe. Response times may vary depending on the nature of the request.
